Where and when…………

Our regular training sessions are held at:

The Community Parish Hall,
Monk Street,
ABERDARE,
CF44 7NY.
on Sundays and Wednesdays at
6.30 – 7.30pm (children)
7.30 – 9.00pm (adults)

Getting there:
The Parish Hall is within easy walking distance of Aberdare town centre and is located next to the rear entrance of the Yr Ieuan Ap Iago, the local JD Wetherspoon’s pub. There is ample parking available, free of charge, at the High Street Car Park which is across the road from the front entrance of the Wetherspoon’s pub.

The best way to go about learning Jissen Kobudo is to come along to a class to take part (or to watch). The atmosphere in our training has its emphasis on helping each other develop in our training rather than on competition amongst the members of the group. Beginners therefore will always find themselves welcomed at our training.

There is  no need to wear any special clothing until you have been training for some weeks although in order to begin training, you should wear something which will allow you to move freely such as tracksuit bottoms, tee-shirt, etc.

New Members
Although new members are always welcomed at our training sessions we would ask that you contact us either by e-mail or by telephone before coming along for the first time.
