New UK Yondan During Manaka Sensei's recent visit to these shores, UK Dojocho Steve Greenfield and John Anderson (who are pictured above with Manaka Sensei and the Jinenkan manager Kato San) successfully passed the test for fourth Dan in the Jinenkan. As a result of these rank promotions, there are now three Jinenkan fourth Dans in Europe.
Manaka Sensei's 2006 UK Seminar Manaka Sensei spent a week in the UK in September 2006 to teach a number of workshops and a weekend seminar. Jinenkan members from eight European countries and the USA travelled to Swansea to take part in this seminar. |
