Regular training sessions are held at our Dojo for children under 14 years of age.

Because some of the more dangerous techniques of Jissen Kobudo have the potential to cause damage to young bodies which are still growing and developing, these are not practiced in our children's classes. Instead, techniques and skills which are designed to aid the development of co-ordination, balance and self-confidence and are taught in an environment that is both fun and safe.

Children's training sessions are held at the following locations:

CARDIFF

on Sundays at 6.00 - 7.00pm

ABERDARE
The Parish Hall, Monk Street, Aberdare
on Mondays at 6.00 - 7.00pm
and Wednesdays at 6.30 - 7.30 pm.
